DEVOTION

everyday commitment to what we love ❤️

Hi everyone!

In our last episode of Hope is Resistance, EMERGENCE, we touched on discipline.

I knew as we were recording that I wanted to talk to you about devotion. To me, devotion is discipline rooted in love.

And I can’t think of many things more important than that right now. We need to devote ourselves to caring for ourselves, each other, and the earth so much right now.

In this episode, Cassie and Pascale explore devotion, not as obligation or perfection, but as a steady commitment to what matters most. Through honest conversation and grounded reflection, they look at how devotion takes shape in the choices we return to, again and again, and how living with devotion asks for presence, care, and a quiet kind of discipline.

What does it mean to give yourself fully to something without losing yourself in the process? How can devotion become a practice that deepens not only what we love, but who we are becoming?
